Introduction
Cepa 21 is a project of the third generation of the Emilio Moro family winery, located in Pesquera de Duero (Valladolid). The prestigious wine firm combines the most traditional methods for winemaking with innovation and technology, allowing it to always offer the best quality in its products.
Customer Challenge
Cepa 21 contacted Integra with the aim of incorporating technology that would allow them to obtain vital information for the production of the new line of wines. They wanted to create a special wine, a wine that creates experiences and remains in memory.

- Characterization of the Ribera del Duero area, the division of the geographical area based on collected data such as longitude, latitude, altitude, and geographical parameters.
- Establishment of relationships between climate data and grape parameters.
- And as a third objective, which was not previously marked but emerged during the project, was the prediction of grape ripening indices.
